Black patch on feet
My feet have black patches which look like scars due to constant wearing of tight sandals. The black lines/patches don't go after repeated scrubbing etc. Need advice

Thanks for the query. You may have to change the footwear for long term prevention. The affected areas will become normal if what you have interpreted is correct. It may merit a depigmenting cream with salicylic acid base. A good moisturizer will add to the treatment.
