Black neck and inner elbow

Asked for Female, 32 Years

My kid is 4 year old and we can observe his neck colour has turned black since past 1.5 months and since last one week we also saw his inner side of elbow also turning black..considering lockdown we are not able to consult doctor in person, please advice what should we do for this condition and what could be cause of this..he is 16 kgs in weight..

Hello, Such kind of hyper pigmentation can also be seen in various hormonal condition like hyperthyroidism It can also be seen in atopic dermatitis if there is associated itching and thickening of skin
