My son is over weight, and due to that problem a kind of black mask is formed on the neck, under the Chest breast. Kindly suggest right treatment.

Blackness that develops around neck, in armpits, body folds in people with over weight is actually due to thickening of skin called acanthosis nigricans. Initial step in treatment is to focus on weight reduction which corrects the underlying cause called insulin resistance and inturn also helps for better results with depigmenting creams. Avoid friction like scrubing. Advanced treatment options include chemical peels.
