Black moles on 50% Face

I have many black moles on my face. About one ago, they are less but as time is going, there density is also increasing. I am very tensed about them. Plz help!!!.

These are congenital and predetermined. You can't stop them by any means. But these can be removed by surgery. There is also chance of malignant melanoma a type of skin cancer in these cases. So consult early.
