Black mole like spots on scrotum

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I saw few black spots on testicals on both sides which do not itch or have any pain. I am worried whether it can be std. I had unprotected sex with known person on July 27. No other problem. Is it contagious. I am worried that I may transfer it to my wife.
