I have had a mole on my right side of my neck and in the last 2 days as swelled up and now shrunk and turned completely black there is redness Under my skin the moles attached to and it’s painful

hello..... looks like you have had a skin tag which has now gotten infected. you will need antibiotics for this. after completing the course of antibiotics you should get your moles removed by a dermatologist to prevent future complications.
