they are called m uscae volitntentes. and are usually nonpathological. please learn to omit them. need no treatment. can take some antioxidant cap.

Your symptoms are suggestive of floaters
Floaters appear due to condensation of collagen fibrils present in the vitreous cavity of eye
These are benign and don't need treatment Only way to get rid of them is to avoid them
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get proper retina examined
