I have black head problems but I get scared to use scrubs or even home remedies since they have shown side effects many times.

Black heads develop as your oil secreting pores get blocked ,do not try to remove it yourself and avoid scrubs as this can worsen the problem. Send the pictures so that I can explain you details of procedure by which blackheads can be removed painlessly.Regards, Dr. Jeetendra Khatuja.
