This is my father's sugar report.is this uncontrolled?He has recovered from Covid.Did not take any steroids.was in home isolation. Is he still prone to Black Fungus?

Fasting and PPBS report fairly normal but his HbA1C is high indicating that last 3 months blood sugar was high. Since he is recovered from covid and not on steroid now controlled sugar less chance for mucormycosis. But he need to control blood sugar and need follow up for usual blood sugar monitoring.
