Hello sir/mam, once I have been to skin specialist though I had some light patches on my face and my entire body was itching n got some small black like patches on my body. Then doctor asked me whether I have some black dots in the very upper part of my penis and he repeated this sentence thrice I guess but at that time I didn't knew so I denied. So after returning home I saw there are some black dots like patches I can say, surrounding my anus hole(Glans of my penis) m really not getting anything is it a big thing to worry? Can it be related to any of the STI or STD?
