If you use panderm plus or skin Shine cream, it may cause permanent damage on the face. Both these contain strong steroid and should never be used. Please call me and visit my clinic for the black marks or pigmentation on face. Or else please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice. Do not self treat with any such creams or home remedies. Most complication in India is due to self treatment and due to use of such steroid containing fairness creams.
