Black and Bleeding gumd

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I use to bleed from gums while brushing for more then a year now. But recently the bleeding has increased and happens randomly and also at the time of brushing. I have tartar formation on my teeth. I am concerned about it and want to know is it curable? Thank you.
