Bit tensed about my health condition.

Hello doctor, from last few days i was having headache and also pain in my hands and fingers. My digestion is not well, earlier i ignored it but after getting flu it got increased. I did Dengue test for all three antigens but it all came negative. I also did LFT , CBC, Vitamin D 25 hydroxy and vitamin B12 test. I'm Vitamin D deficient and it is 29.55 nmol/l . I'm overweight right now but i'd started working out daily from last few days.  In Liver profile my ALT(SGPT) is 126 U/L and AST(SGOT) is 65 U/L . Bilirubin direct is .21 mg/dl . My Hb is 17.50 , PCV is 52% , RBC count is 6.10 ml/mm3 . In DLC my lymphocytes value is 40.50% and in ALC my lymphocytes value is 3.35 thou/mm3. My MPV is 13. 90 fL. Is something serious happened to me? I'm bit tensed about my health condition. Please help. Screen shots are also attached. Thank you for your kind help.
