Need advice what to do, tensed a bit

Asked for Male, 23 Years

From few days, i was having headaches, but after few days i got cold fever and thereafter i started having pain in my hands and fingers, i did blood test for dengue but it came negative . I also did CBC and LFT , vitamin D and vitamin b12 test . Screenshots are attached. MPV-13.90 Please help

Hey there Buddy, I'd like to ask you few details about how long have you been having fever and chills? At what time of the day is it increased? Also looking at your report i think though dengue is negetive(I don't know for which test you went with), it is more likely Viral. Which is causing dehydration and thus raised Haemoglobin and RBC count. Thus all your symptoms are explanatory on the basis of my diagnosis.
