I am currently 19 yr. Old actually we both were thinking too go for living relationship , so i want a suggestion that which pilss or what measures should i take for birth control for regular basis. So pls suggest me a best and safest treatment .

You need to undergo evaluation as to contraindications to be ruled out Also the right type of contraception has to be decided in accordance of ur wishes Combined oral contraceptive pills need to be taken every day at sane time for 21 days and to be restarted on day 2,3 of menses However you need to use additional contraception during the first cycle of ocp like a barrier method eg. condom

Hello There are multiple options. Condoms not only prevent pregnancy but also protect you from sexually transmitted infections. Its better to talk to gynecologist before starting pills as the doctor will ask you few basic questions and then help you to make a decision. All methods have their plus and minus points. Its always better to be safe.
