With family/friends suffering from bipolar does often become a challenge, because you don’t know which way their mood will swing. A bipolar person is often having an inner battle of personalities and is difficult for themselves to correlate what’s going on. Please be patient, kind and selfless with them. It’s not about you, it’s about them, it’s their battle and you need to be far more understanding. By being there for them patiently, there is a lot that can be done.
