Bipolar disorder
I may be having bipolar disorder but I'm not sure I've felt most of the symptoms like procrastination, anxiety, depression, manic and low phases but nothing intense they are very mild and a couple of my family members have had this disorder so just wanted to check if I'm safe.

Meet a psychologist who can assess you. If your feelings and emotions are not causing too much disturbance in your life and you are able to manage, then nothing to worry about. But it is good to keep in mind that there is a strain in your family and if at any time you feel overwhelmed or helpless. Do immediately consult a mental health professional
