Biotin & folic acid
I am trying to get pregnant. I have hypothroidism my TSH 1.54 T3,T4, normal. Can i eat biotin & folic acid tablets for Ttc. Is biotin is safe for hypothroid or tablet makr any other interference with my tnyroid level. Kindly suggest me folic acid tablet for hypothyroid and pregnancy. How many mgs safe for TTC.

These Thyroid profile is normal dont have hypothyroidism. Can take 5mg folic acid daily
