NRBM 3+2+3=8. Grade - 3(measuring 5.5x5×2 cm)
Lymphonsular emboli and perinueral invasion not seen

PR Negative (internal control positive) 0% -
Cerb2 Negative (Score) 0%
HER2 IHC Scoring criteria in Breast Cancer:
IHCO (Negative) No reactivity or membrane staining <10% of invasive tumor cells.
IHC1+ (Negative) Faint/barely perceptible membrane staining
barely perceptible membrane staining in >10% of tumor cells: cells only stained in part of membrane
IHC2+ (Equivocal): Weak-to-moderate complete membrane staining in >10% of invasive
IHC3+ (Positive) Strong complete membrane staining in > 10% of invasive tumor cells." And after surgery removed breast and nodes biopsy report got as tumer free.
Do we need further treatment, is there any serious.
