Hi, is there any family history of colon cancer or any adenomas. Particularly if u have family history you need to be careful with regular screening every 6 months. Otherwise yearly colonoscopy is atleast recommended

Tubulovillous Adenomas are benign tumors and also a precancerous condition has potential to conversion into malignancy in future.

It is better to repeat Repeat colonoscopy or virtual colonoscopy (if available better).
If any other polyps still present to be removed and pathology examination is required.
Serum CEA blood test.
If confirmed with adenoma and excision done. regular screening should be done every 6 months as risk of malignancy is still present even completely excised.
