Biopsy report
Hi after breast removal surgery we got biopsy test report as bellow. Could you please tell do we need treatment for this. Is that harmful. "MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION: Sections studied from ill-defined grey white area shows dense inflammation including giant cells. phocytes, plasma cells and eosinophils and fibrosis No residual tumor noted Nipple areola, overlying skin and base are all free of tumor Adocent breast shows adenosis and fibrocystic changes Total 17 axillary and I apical lymph nodes dissected, all are free of tumor (0/18). IMPRESSION: Ne residual monoted shows prior surgery related changes. All margins are free of tumor Top 18 lymph nodes dissected, all are free of tumor (0/18) Kindly correlate with prior biopsy report for size and grade of tumor"

This report doesnt show any cancer. What is the previous biopsy report? Has the patient received any treatment before surgery? What were the symptoms?
