Bilirubin level
Hi, I had my LFT and Cholesterol done yesterday My Bilirubin is 1.6 and SGOT-37 SGPT-40 and triglycerides-324 i have gained 10 kg in last 2 months ..Else everything is fine and no symptoms of any pain in abdomen. But my weight is 86 height 5feet7 inches. Please help.

Very high triglyc level, avoid fried,junk,oily foods...try to consume less fatty nd carbohydrate diet nd consume more proteinous diet nd fruits. Need detail pst history to evaluate nd further managemnt.

There is a mildly deranged liver function, and significantly high Triglyceride level. Do you drink alcohol, or have any past liver disease? Have  your triglyceride level level been high since long, or is this your first teat?

Is the report having thyroid profile?.. With elevated TG's , mildly elevated bilirubin and BMI OF 30 ..could be metabolic syndrome.. Avoid fried items , deep dips completely... Low carbohydrate and low fat diet Increase physical activity. . Have one usg abdomen done...to check liver status...
