You should not be serious cause there is no increase in the enzymes of SGPT and SGOT .
Bilirubin is also very very mild Increase-as 0.07.
You can take
Tab Liv 52 2 time per day for 1 month after food for bilirubin .
Next Steps
You should do test As LFT after month
and if any value will be increase then will give you advice accordingly.
