Hi my one months nb girl is having direct biliburin level 0.93 and indirect 16.47 She has b negative blood group and I am having o positive kindly give me best suggestion what to do...RBC is also low ...what precautions I should take.kindly group through reports

Her liver may have inflammation. Also some hemolysis going on. She will need more evaluation of blood parameters and imaging for liver patbology
