Bilateral Pyelectasis
Hello Doctor, In Tiffa scan(anomaly scan) report it was mentioned there is swelling in baby kidneys (Right - 5.8mm and left - 5.7mm) is it dangerous? and will it leads to any kind of abnormalities like trisomy. Will it become normal before delivery? We are very much worried about this. Kindly comment on this. FYI/fYR attached report.

U need a double marker test or a quadruple test to rule out downs Were these done? If the dual test was normal Isolated finding of pylectesis can be ignored
