Bilateral Inguinal Hernia
I was experiencing radiating pain in my groin area and both testicles from 1+ years and I got 6 ultrasound scrotum scans done whenever different doctor asked me to get it. I have chronic constipation from 10 years too. Out of 6 scans from different centers, 1 time the result was bilateral inguinal hernia (1cm on right and 0.6cm on left) and the other time it was right Inguinal hernia (0.8cm on right), rest 4 times nothing was detected. Doctor did physical exam and he's suspecting it to be Spermatic Cord Lipoma. I'm being asked to undergo laparoscopic hernia repair surgery. Should I get mesh surgery or non mesh surgery? Is surgery required for cord Lipoma?
