Bilateral Hydronephrosis  after birth
Respected Sir/Madam My baby boy born on 10Feb2021. After birth my baby looking fine weight 2800gms , urine & latrine doing normal like . He have bilateral hydronephrosis problem before birth. Now after birth  within 72 hours USG/KUB test report showing both the kidney show in normal size, shape & position. The cortico - medullary diff is maintained. Hydronephrosis seen in both kidney but no calculas/cyst/mass on either side. Right RPD - 2.40 cm Left RPD- 1.16 cm Cortical thickness Right kedney - 0.27cm upper, Mid 0.37 , Lower pole 0.40 cm Left kidney _ upper 0.70cm , mid 0.49, lower 0.64 cm. Ureters - Dilated Urinary bladder shows adiquate urine inside . Few internal . Bladder - echoes seen in the bladder lumen. Blader wall appears thickednd Prostate - childhood type Posterior urethra is mildly prominent. Sir , I want to know is there any problems?Next what to do ? Is it recovered automatically? Or some surgery may required?
