Bilateral grade 1 renal parenchymal changes showed in ultrasound test. Is it serious condition/ dangerous condition. Please suggest what needs to be done for curing this problem. Creatinine levels 1.1 B.P 90/160 Age.30 Weight 75 Hight 5.9

There is grading of hydronephrosis but no grading of parenchymal changes. I will require to see the films of sonography.
