Hi, I am facing pain in my big toe for the past 3 days..the pain has been persistent and is on the side (not top or at the bottom of the toe). Unable to keep my foot down.. Have no incident of injury to this.. There is no swelling as well..The pain started after I started wearing a new shoe.. What must be done to cure this?

Big toe is a common place for gouty arthritis. check for blood for uric acid. Change your shoe immediately and consult with podiatrist or orthotist. you need to wear soft sole shoe specially designed cushion in big toe region. tab. nucoxia-P 1tab twice daily for 5days, Tab. aciloc-RD 1tab twice daily before food for 5days. review with reports.
