  4. Big toe has water filled bumps. Do i do?

Big toe has water filled bumps
So my big toe has these water filled bumps that are not getting better, it itches like crazy the parts where the bumps went away the skin is pealing and the toe Nail looks yellow now and dead looking ☹️ What do I do ?

It's dishydrosiform eczema.. need to see for proper diagnosis and treatment.. send photos
