Big round ulcers on lips with depression
Tobacco chewing,osmf III, 3,months ago, now big round ulcers developing on lips more than 3 months, which is believed to be sqmous csrcinoma, Lot of mouth burning increasing day by day, Round uppish ulcers with white scar like in the middle. Lot of mouth watering. Lips mouth are dried up, no salivation. Under the tongue turned blueish . White patches and bands inside the cheeks seen. Best medicines solicited for cure.

You will need biopsy of the ulcer. Then only a treatment can be decided upon. I think u should meet an ENT without delay
