While tobacco chewing is the etiology of my case, I m diognosed as OSMF III 10 months back., With white patches and bands inside and cheeks are sunken. No immunity level drastically lowest, hemoglobin is the lowest.
Now, ulcers have growing on my lips both
And boils on face has started unhealing.
Since 5 months these ulcers on lips are growing definitely MALIGNANT.
Mouth heavy burning, heavy watering.
I m not preferring biopsy.
Surgery will start the dissection
So, dying is the only alternative.
If any medication is there I will go for that.
Kindly allow me to request for medical treatment for this oral cancer cure

As you are already aware that you have OSMF, there is likelihood of it turning malignant but is it or not no one can say without biopsy.
Even if you dont want a surgery and looking for medical line of management, it’s possible only with a sure diagnosis which happens with a biopsy.
Please don’t lose hope at such possibly early problem. I would still encourage you to keep off all stuffs like tobacco, cigarettes, alcohol, betel nuts etc.
There will be anxiety when such illness is considered but be assured that seeing an ENT surgeon will help you find solutions.
Next Steps
Consult an ENT specialist online with pictures or meet face to face
