Big pus filled bump on back

Asked for Male, 65 Years

Hi Dr, I saw my father having big pus filled bump on back when I pressed it almost all puss came out I cleaned up it with savlon and dressed up it with betadine, also I am giving him augumentin 650 from yesterday. Please suggest.
