Big birth mark on right hand

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi, My fiance has big birth mark, black in color, on her right hand. I got to know that it's been there in their family line. Many of them in their family have it. Will my future kids too get this mark. I'm more concerned about if the birth mark pops on face of my future kids. What can be done to avoid this happening. I know this can be removed using laser treatment. How much it costs for this. Attaching the pic. Please suggest.
