I am taking antidepressant medication for long time for my anxiety disorder and I am physically inactive last 8 months this makes me fat stored in abdominal and waist region my whole body is normal but stomach (abdominal area) only big and its makes me fatigue and depressed and tension headache also heavy breathing when do small exertion what to do pls guide me
