Biceps muscles hurt
What causes biecpes muscle hurt without doing any excercise and any activity...m feeling pinching pain in my arms biceps area...also on my neck muscles... I feel my chest heavy when I lay down on bed ? Is there anyone who can help me...tell me what causes this thing...buz m not able to pay fess... please tell me ?

Could be due to muscles or inflammation of biceps tendon.Apply cloth soaked in warm water compression 2 times a day,use some antiinflammatory tablet ibuprofen 600 mg twice daily and local application of fastum gel.
