I have an extra muscle around my anus which formed sometimes back and whenever i am having constipation it hurts and gets cuts and bleeds Other times it stays harmless Is there any thing to concern about

Hi dear That is piles / haemorrhoids Its harmless if it goes inside by itself however u should get treated for constipation so that it does not increase coz if the size becomes more then u will have to get it removed. Kindly consult in case of further query Take care
