Why bhujiya is bad???
Its due to presence of trans fats...
We can bargain for price!!! we can bargain for size!!! we can bargain for salary or job !!! But we can't bargain body to not develop disease. The right thing will give you the right nutrition and the wrong thing will develop disease - this is universal for every human being.
So, once trans fats (in your case bhujiya) get inside your body, what exactly are trans fats doing there?
Trans fats, like saturated fats, are a leading cause of atherosclerosis or blockage of the arteries or heart pipes. Blockages in the arteries are an early warning sign of heart disease and can lead to a heart attack or stroke. Specifically, trans fats increase levels of low-density lipoprotein (LDL), also known as "bad" cholesterol. The accumulation of fatty plaque in the arteries is aided by this trans fats.
Doing gym or eating well is important but most important is to remain away from bad food items.
