Can we eat everything
I know that bhujiyas that are found comercially are bad. But can we have them in little amount 1-2 times a week if we work out 2 hours daily or should i leave every kind of food like these.

If you have them once a week or so in little quantity, then no harm,  but try to avoid processed foods for good overall health.
