Bf mom since 2 years not losing weight
Am a mother of 2 years daughter my pregnancy weight was 85 after delivery its 80, am not able to lose weight since then am doing excercises and clean eating (avoided junks, reduced intake of sugar and rice) still I cannot see any changes in body. My height is 5.3.  I even checked my thyroid which is normal. Can any expert doctor suggest what is the reason behind this do I stop breast feeding so I can lose weight. I heard breastfeeding moms lose weight faster than normal one. But why not me?

You didn't mention how much was your weight before getting pregnant.. you should do regular excercise or work out along with diet control to reduce weight.. drink plenty of fluids, and if you have a family history of little over weight you have to check that.. still not reducing visit a doctor nearby for physical examination and advice..
