Weight loss after pregnancy
I want to lose my pregnancy weight. After delivery I have not reduced any weight from last five months. Please suggest some effective tips so that i can lose my weight efficiently. My current weight is 77kg and my height is 5"2'.

Work out at least 30 min a day for 5 days a week. Take small frequent meals. Avoid carbohydrate n fat rich food n include more of protein n fibre in ur diet
