Beta hCG levels
My beta hCG at 12 dpo was 41.15 mIU/mL. At 14dpo it was 112.4 and at 18dpo it was 664. Is it normal? Is my pregnancy progressing well? My first baby had ddown's syndrome and hence I am very anxious this time!

Yes it looks that the level are increasing well.
Get an ultrasound done at around 7 weeks for fetal viability.
Consult a gyanecologist after that for further detailed plan and investigations needed

Ya this is normal and increasing after 48 hours.For Down syndrome you have to get done NT scan at 11weeks and quadrable test that includes scan also.

Yes its a growing pregnancy but nothing can be said about trisomy 21 from this. Either you can go for NIPT TEST or Amniocentesis later to rule that out
