Best way to consume Bycalvit D3 sachet
I am having Vitamin D deficiency and doctor has prescribed Bycalvit D3 sachet. It has to be taken with milk. But, I cannot drink plain milk. Can you please let me know what is the best way to consume this except with milk? Or milk with Bournvita, Horlicks and this sachet? Can I sprinkle it on rice or egg white and have? Will it work with water? Or is there any equivalent tablet that I can consume? (Bycalvit D3 - one sachet per week - equivalent to this). Please advice. Thanks.
