Best treatment for hallucination

Asked for Female, 52 Years

My wife is taking one Espazine Plus once in a day. Hallucinations are not controlled. Earlier she used to shout but since she is taking Espazien Plus this thing is controlled. I think Espazine Plus lower blood pressure suddenly on standing. what to do. Earlier she was on Arip 10 and Quitapine . 200 but that has been stopped because of Sugar.

Hello. Espazine is a good medicine for hallucinations. In some patients it may not work. Or increase in dose may be required. Espazine can cause postural hypotension i.e. lowering of blood pressure on suddenly standing. To prevent this, ask her to get up slowly and also move her toes while sitting. Consult a psychiatrist for review of treatment. Regards .
