I am a Thalassemia Minor and 33 yrs female
Can I take Becosule women capsules ?
I have a lot of weakness and intense muscle pain since sometime
My 6 months back blood report showed
Vitd -below normal
Hdl and ldl cholesterol above normal
Iron and transferrin saturation below normal
Unsaturated iron binding capacity above normal
And strangely also rheumatoid factor was 64.2iU/ml
I am worried as i don't know if it showed due to viral or what
