Hi Firstly Don’t use iTone eye drop Few things which you can do while you are working on screen for more than 6 hours a day Follow 20-20-20 rule. Every 20 minutes, take a 20-second break and focus your eyes on something at least 20 feet away Give yourself a reminder to blink as frequently as possible AC vent shouldn’t be coming directly on your face After few hours do eye movements in all directions Do neck movements to stretch out
Next Steps
Use Lubricating eye drop Systane Ultra eye drop 4 times a day If you feel dryness is very severe Add Genteal Gel at bed time

Few instructions: 1. Follow 20-20 rule. After every 20 minutes of any near work say laptops, mobile or reading take a break and focus for 20 seconds at a far away object at least 20 meters away. 2. Frequently blink your eyes while working, if not possible to remind yourself to blink then at least after 30 minutes of your work slowly close your eyes 10 times. 3. Adequate water intake at least 3-4 litres per day 4. Adequate sleep at least for 7-8 hours 5. Do not rub the eye 6. Use anti reflective coated glasses if you have spectacles 7. Cold compress to the eyes 3 times a day (Can dip clean cotton in refrigerator cold water and keep over closed eyes for 30 seconds)
Next Steps
Start with Eyedrops Flogel 1% one drop 3 times a day
