Chalaaoon by definition is a cyst which is long standing. If the problem is of only 2 days duration, it is more likely to be a stye. Try hot fomentation and antibiotic drops and ointment . See a doctor if the problem persists. Maskati eye clinic opposite Charni road station east, Mumbai
