Since how long infection is there? If it’s since more than 1 month then you need proper consultation so that I can suggest any oral tablets along with topicals which will help you for the fungal infection. You have used all the creams which has stronger steroids in it that doesn’t kill the infection rather spreads it more by giving just temporary relief and these creams are highly NOT INDICATED in fungal infection.
Next Steps
Wash ur cloths in hot water separately. Take bath twice. Dry area well and apply medicine - micogel cream can be used twice daily with antifungal powder 2-3 times a day.
