I am have problem and I could find Benzodiazephine is positive on my urine test.
Could you please give me solution to get recover that, also I have to stop taking the sleeping tablet.

You must be taking benzodiazepines for sleeping or anxiety that is why your urine is positive so it's not an issue.
Change your sleeping pills to a non Benzodiazepine if you need to be clean from benzodiazepines for some reason.
Also, long term use of Benzodiazepines is associated with side effects, so do go to your psychiatrist and discuss it.

Well sleeping pills most commonly prescribed BDZ usually not for long term. Evaluation of your insomnia needed.
Next Steps
if you take BDZ it will be positive upto 2 to 3 weeks depending on the t1/2
