Hello ma'am Any type of Psychiatric medicines should be used only with consultation with Respective Psychiatrist As these medicines causes addiction if taken without proper guidance and can cause such side effects too And so these medicines are required to stop but it has its own technique to stop and also not causing any health issues to patient

there are multiple medications available for symptoms mentioned , to find right fit for you with best possible outcomes and least possible side effect, pls consult your psychiatrist. Also alternatively- therapy sessions might add on to improvement

There are non- benzodiazepine medication that can be used. Along with that therapy and SSRIs can be helpful. Alternatively, you can wait and watch as sometimes this side effect is transient. However long term use of benzodiazepines is not recommended (>3 months).
